I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I have been working as translator since the graduation from University for foreign languages where I studied English, Italian and German language. My work as interpreter and translator is based on work in retail, marketing, law firm, NGO on protection for human rights. In different areas of my work I gained expertise in different sectors such as economics, finance, law and marketing. However, other areas of work are more than familiar to me.

I am a bilingual Italian English freelance translator with over 20 years experience in translations in the following fields: instruction books, manuals, industrial equipment, finance, law, fashion, footwear and apparel detailing, software, tanning industry, electronics, tourism, food (fresh produce), automotive, marketing, business, international trade, bank, civil engineering, tenders, contracts, subcontracts, consulting. I was born in the USA from Italian parents, and lived there up to age 13, thus growing up in a bilingual family and school environment. I achieved my degree as an English and French translator in 2000, and have been working since then as a translator, both freelance and in-house, in the following language pairs: ENG > IT, IT>EN, FR>IT. I worked for 7 years for an engineering and consulting firm, translating all sorts of documents, administrative, technical, project-related, business and legal. I started my career 21 years ago as in-house translator and PM at a translation agency based in Turin, Italy. After three years, I decided to take up the challenge and become a freelancer, in order to devote myself to those texts I was most interested in.
