A self-taught English speaker in love with games, technology, and literature. I'm an undergraduate in the Linguistics areas, with a research published concerning translation studies. As such, I have been working as a translator for 8 years as a freelancer, specialized in game and fantasy stories. Having worked in several different industries in the past 10 years, acquiring knowledge of several areas of technical expertise, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, CNC programming, and general maintenance work in several countries, I now invest the knowledge I gained into translation. Over the years, as I have developed my working competence in English, I have found myself in the role of translator within companies where I was called upon to translate documents, files and even entire computer programs. My experience in the various industries in which I have worked, in both English and Portuguese, provide me with the knowledge I need to carry out technical translations to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the quality and precision is as high as possible.
