I have been working for governmental organizations in Armenia for more than 10 years, translating political texts for official websites, as well as offical documents and notes. I am an experienced Russian and Romanian translator/proofreader/transcriber with a strong focus on the tourism and hospitality industries. I have always had a keen interest in languages and I have successfully worked with several language service providers on various translation projects that demanded attention to details and working around tight deadlines.

I'm a member of the editorial board of the academic journal 'Volga Region Farmland'. Namely, I deal with the translation of technical and agricultural scientific articles and operational manuals. The other field of my job interest is the translation and localization of game scripts for Megaloot Ltd. My interests include linguistics and translation, science, game localization.

Originally from Almaty, Kazakhstan (Russian speaking), I have lived in the United States since 1996. I graduated high school in Midland, Texas, then received my first bachelors degree from Central Texas College, majoring in Computer Science. After several years, I went back to school to major in International Studies at the University of California in San Diego. Passionate for languages and cultural learning, I have lived and studied in Morelia, Mexico and Barcelona, Spain. I have worked as a freelance translator and localization expert since 2009 and have great knowledge in mobile game and app localization. Other projects throughout the years have included fiction, history and biography books, articles, and legal documents. I translate Russian to English myself and run a team of ten other translators, who work in most popular European and Asian languages. Every member of the team is a native speaker of the language he/she works in.

I am a Sales Administrator at Oxford International Education Group, based in Moscow. Among the foreign languages that I can work with are English, German and Japanese. English is my second language, all of my work is done in English. I am proficient in Russian-English fiction translation and will be highly interested in it. German is more like a hobby, but I excell in business German translation. I have a certificate for passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験) N3 and a teaching experience in it.

I translate English into Greek and into Russian in which I am fully bilingual. I, also, proofread texts in these languages and create subtitles. Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Greek and Russian is also a service I provide. My specialisms include business, accounting IFRS, legal, HR management, corporate governance, telecommunications, television production, agriculture (wines, olive oil, tobacco and many other products), history and philosophy.
