A native German speaker, I am fluent in English, live in Germany, where I have studied for a master in social sciences and philosophy and worked in the corporate world in various positions. I am working as a professional freelance translator since 2008 with my language pairs being English and French as source languages and German as target language. I began working as a freelance translator during my master studies at the University of Vienna in 2013. During this period I mostly did subtitling jobs for the Austrian Film Museum in Vienna. After my graduation in January 2015 I began to work with several translation agencies, specialising in tourism, arts and culture, legal texts, website translation, marketing and cosmetics.

I hold a B.A. (Languages) degree, two Project Management diplomas and a certificate in html/css and web design, as well as a TEFL diploma, amongst others.
