I have graduated with full marks in Translation Studies for Information Technologies at Heidelberg University in 2018, with a thesis on the translation of a German website in English. During my bachelor I participated to Erasmus+ program, going to London Metropolitan University for two semesters. In 2017 I have done an internship in a German LSP, where I provided technical translations from English to German and vice-versa. While in London, I have partly translated London Metropolitan University website to German.

I’m a German-English Translator with a strong background in translating technical, general, medical, legal, marketing and business domain texts, writing for Meta description & Titles (SEO), articles blog posts, social media posts and other branded copy. As I have lived in Germany and Austria, I am having near-native German language skills and well aware of German culture. For around 6 years I have been engaged as full time professional German language expert in working directly with numerous German & Austrian clients (incl. I am a German and French qualified lawyer who has worked for over 20 years as a legal consultant and attorney in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other jurisdictions. Last year, I relocated to Normandy / France and took a one-year sabbatical. Since January 2022, I have started a language service company and offer legal and book translation services and German and English business language courses. I translate from English or French to German and French or German to English. To maintain the highest quality standards, I currently do not offer translation to French or any other language.
