I was born in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. During my high school years, I studied English and Arabic for four years. I started to learn Korean language two years before my high school graduation. Now I'm attending to 29 Mayıs University, Interpretation and Translation department in which I found a chance to take classes about Introduction to Translation, Translation-Oriented Text Analysis, Linguistics, Translation Technologies, Interpreting practices, Intercultural Communication Skills, Turkish for Translators, Academic Reading/Writing, Contemporary World Literature, Contemporary World Drama, World History and Arabic. I’m quite interested in literature. I like translating texts from different kind of domains such as medical, technical, literature, marketing and localization.

I'm graduated in translation and interpreting (Russian-Bulgarian and Turkish) at university.

Having studied in the departments of English Language Teaching & French Language and Literature at leading universities in Turkey, I have been working now for 9 years as a certified English & French translator in almost every field of translation.

I have been a freelance vendor for various localization projects since 2013, mostly working with SDL, El Turco and Localex. I am a passionate and experienced translator, who has a degree in French-English-Turkish translation and interpretation. I have also lived in Germany for 4 years and can translate from German to Turkish. I am working as a full-time translator at the Ministry of Justice in Turkey.
